10 Steps to Smaller Waist in 7 Days

let me warn  you well in advance, this is NOT an ordinary meal plan, this is very challenging but it WORKS.

  1. 7 days No Dairy, No Vinegar, Alcohol, or Coffee or Artificial sweeteners.
  2. 7 Days No Meat Products (if you must use organic/free range only)
  3. 100% organic EVERYTHING.
  4. 7 Days workout plan See notes below (3 days toning and 4 days cardio)
  5. 3 litters of water ( 2 glass every 2.5 hours – Before meals not with or after meals)
  6. No Sugar, Chocolate, Candy, Fast food, Processed food.
  7. No White Rice, White bread, Pasta, White potatoes.
  8. Bowl of salad or veggies twice per day.
  9. 20 min power nap after/before lunch (just keep eyes closed and relax)
  10. No Carbs for dinner. ( 3 hours before bed)
