let me warn you well in advance, this is NOT an ordinary meal plan, this is very challenging but it WORKS.
- 7 days No Dairy, No Vinegar, Alcohol, or Coffee or Artificial sweeteners.
- 7 Days No Meat Products (if you must use organic/free range only)
- 100% organic EVERYTHING.
- 7 Days workout plan See notes below (3 days toning and 4 days cardio)
- 3 litters of water ( 2 glass every 2.5 hours – Before meals not with or after meals)
- No Sugar, Chocolate, Candy, Fast food, Processed food.
- No White Rice, White bread, Pasta, White potatoes.
- Bowl of salad or veggies twice per day.
- 20 min power nap after/before lunch (just keep eyes closed and relax)
- No Carbs for dinner. ( 3 hours before bed)
