Hi there and thanks for stopping by. I’m Sean a personal trainer with over 17years experience  and I’d like to show you a new way of keeping fit   so you can reach your optimum health levels and stay that way.
We all have different body shapes and sizes and that means that one size does NOT fit all. In fact, what works for one person may harm your body.


Your unique and that’s why when you enrol on a personal fitness program with me, I tailor-make your workout plan just for you drawing on the 17 years + experience I have in the industry.

 

I will assess your nutritional , cardiovascular, muscular strength, any weight loss or gain requirements whichever  is relative to your personal goal and keeping in mind your postural analysis too so we can get you back into balance and your body working like optimally as mother nature designed you to be..   I believe
