I'm a personal trainer in West London with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. I've provided customised fitness training for individuals from all walks of life, whether they want to lose weight, improve posture, train around injuries, or compete as boxers, marathon and half marathon runners, and triathletes. Additionally, I teach group classes and run boot camps in the local area, and I offer tailored nutrition plans to complement fitness goals.
